Current product data

The current service uses clearly labeled test products, prices and images and may use eBay Sandbox listings and fictional transactions. Walmart selection currently demonstrates the decision flow without Walmart catalog data or links. These sources do not represent live retailer inventory or guarantee availability.

Recommendations are informational

VisionSpoke aims to make product decisions clearer, but no recommendation can account for every circumstance. Shoppers should verify the listing, price, condition, seller, shipping, returns, warranty and compatibility before purchasing.

Third-party retailers

When retailer links are activated, the retailer—not VisionSpoke—will control the listing and transaction. Payment, taxes, fulfillment, delivery, returns, refunds, disputes and warranties are governed by the retailer’s terms.

Affiliate relationships

Some future links may compensate VisionSpoke. The compensation relationship will be disclosed close to the link and does not determine the ranking or recommendation.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content or use automated methods that burden the site. VisionSpoke may limit categories and decline to provide a recommendation.

Changes and availability

The service, its features and these terms may change as the product develops. We may correct errors, update content or suspend features when needed.

No warranties

VisionSpoke provides the service and its recommendations on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every product, price, score or recommendation will be complete, current or suitable for every shopper.
