ABOUT VISIONSPOKE

A clearer way to choose.

VisionSpoke is for people who want to make a good purchase without turning it into a research project.

Why it exists

Shopping has become a research project. Search results, sponsored placements, specifications and thousands of reviews can make a straightforward purchase feel overwhelming. VisionSpoke is designed to turn that crowded market into a short, understandable decision.

Why VisionSpoke

Vision is the clarity to see what matters. A spoke connects the parts of a decision—budget, needs, priorities and tradeoffs—to a useful choice at the center. Together, the name reflects what the service is designed to do: bring the right options into view and connect them to the person making the decision.

What it does

We begin with the shopper’s budget, needs and preferences. We then compare product fit, value and meaningful tradeoffs before presenting three roles: a lower-cost SAVE choice, the strongest overall PICK and an UPGRADE that is worth considering only when its additional benefit matters.

What it does not do

VisionSpoke does not sell products or process payments in this initial model. The selected retailer controls the listing, checkout, shipping, returns and warranty. Recommendations are not sold to the highest-paying merchant.

Where the service stands

VisionSpoke is a working multi-category product-decision service. It currently uses clearly labeled VisionSpoke test products or eBay Sandbox listings. Walmart is available as a separate application preview. Live retailer inventory and paid links remain disabled until the required approvals are complete.

How recommendations are produced

The current build uses deterministic rules—not generative AI—to interpret the shopping request, ask product-specific questions, screen incompatible listings and compare verified product evidence. When listing data is incomplete, VisionSpoke lowers its confidence and identifies the missing facts.
