This policy describes the current VisionSpoke product-decision service. It will be updated before any feature begins collecting additional personal information.

Information you enter

You may describe a product need and answer fit questions. VisionSpoke uses that information to generate the current decision. It does not currently create shopper accounts, save decisions or intentionally store shopping requests and answers in a customer database.

Technical information

The website and its hosting provider may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as request timestamps, device or browser information, network information and error logs.

Retailer and product data

VisionSpoke currently uses clearly labeled test product data and may use eBay Sandbox listing information. Walmart is available only as an application preview and does not yet use Walmart catalog data. VisionSpoke does not request retailer account access, checkout information or purchase history.

Affiliate and retailer links

No live affiliate links are currently active. After approval, clicking an eligible retailer link may allow that retailer and its affiliate network, such as Impact for Walmart, to use cookies or similar technology to attribute a qualifying purchase. The retailer’s privacy policy applies after you leave VisionSpoke.

Generative AI

The current recommendation flow does not send shopping requests, retailer listing data or customer information to a generative-AI provider. VisionSpoke will update this policy and obtain any required approvals before introducing that capability.

Sale of personal information

VisionSpoke does not sell personal information.

Policy changes

We will revise this page before adding accounts, saved decisions, analytics beyond ordinary service operation, contact-form storage or other material data practices.
